Respiratory Therapy offers comprehensive services to inpatient and outpatients ranging form the newborn to the elderly patient. Respiratory Therapy is available 24/7 and covers a variety of routine and emergency services. The staff provides diagnostics and intervention for the critical care areas, as well as all other acute and rehabilitation care areas. In the hospital. Inpatient / Outpatient Interventions:
- Routine MDI / aerosols
- Patient and Caregiver teaching
- Part of emergency Code Blue team
- Ventilation and BiPAP set-up and monitoring
- Rehabilitation Services ( in-exsufflation , Breath Stacking)
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program

- Spirometery
- Arterial Blood Gases
- Pulmonary Function Testing
- Bronchoprovocation Testing
- Cardio-pulmonary stress testing
- Home Oxygen Assessments
The Respiratory Therapy Outpatient Diagnostic Lab is located in Tower B ground floor in the Cardiopulmonary Wing.
